Meet the team
All staff are DBS checked. The ratio of adults to children is at least 1:8 for children over three years of age, and 1:5 for those under 2 years of age.
The staff operate a key worker system, and they will help your child settle into Pre-School, and will assess, record and support the development of your child. This will ensure the individual needs of your child are met.
The staff are encouraged to develop professionally by undertaking training courses.
Ellie Gould
Pre-School Manager
Ellie is our Pre-School Manager. She has achieved a CACHE Diploma in Nursery Nursing (NNEB) and looks after the pink group.
Alice Woodward
Deputy Manager
Alice is our Deputy Manager. She has the Early Years Educator qualification (equivalent to Level 3) and she looks after the green group.
Lynsey Batchelor
Pre-School Assistant & Forest School Lead
Lynsey is our Forest School Lead and a Pre-School Assistant. She has achieved Level 3 NVQ and Level 3 Forest School Leadership. She looks after the red group.

Clare Thompson
Business Manager
Our Business Manager, Clare Thompson, manages all business aspects of running the Pre-School including Funded Early Education and Childcare for 2, 3 & 4 year olds claims and invoicing of fees.
